Your membership fee is charged monthly on the same date you sign up. You'll receive a confirmation email before each renewal.
Yes — Essential and Plus plans cover any standard drip up to $500. Elite members can use sessions on any drip including NAD+ Therapy.
Sessions do not roll over month to month. We recommend scheduling early in the month to make the most of your plan.
You can cancel anytime with 30 days' written notice — no penalties. We don't offer pauses at this time, but cancellation is always hassle-free.
Plus members receive one complimentary add-on per visit. Elite members receive unlimited add-ons. Essential members can add on at standard pricing.
